Singapore Sling
If you look at 5 recipes of the Singapore Sling you will probably find 5 different recipes. This cocktail, that wasn’t originally born in the tiki world, was invented and reinvented quite a few times. Depending on taste and the choice of alcohol, bars around the world started creating their own version of the Singapore Sling. Even in Trader Vic’s Bartender Guide, there were different versions of this fruity and sweet cocktail; all with a different name like Singapore Sling #1 and Singapore Sling #2. Our choice went to a simpler version of this cocktail. A version that better resemble the tropical vibe.
