Wine in cocktails is not a combination you will often see. Wine has a strong taste and tends to overpower the taste of the remaining ingredient, but it also has a distinctive taste that can give your cocktail a nice extra punch. The Crimean cocktail is a cocktail that if not done right the wine can really overpower and leave a bitter taste behind. With the right balance of ingredients, we developed a cocktail that is fresh and flavorful. 

Ingredients

• 1 part Senior's Genuine Orange Curaçao
• 1 part dry white wine
• ¾ part lime juice
• ½ part simple syrup
• Tonic water
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: lime wedge

Equipment

• Shaker
• Strainer
• Double old-fashioned
   

How to prepare

Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge.
