Jungle Bird
This cocktail is a true new-era tiki cocktail. The first creation of this cocktail was in 1978 at the Aviary Bar in Kuala Lumpur Hilton. The taste of the cocktail centers around a combination of strong spirits. In the classic recipe, the rum takes center stage, as is with many great tiki cocktails. Then there are the juices, the simple syrup and the Campari, but we’ve added some Orange Curaçao and Almond Syrup to give the taste more depth.
