The Original formula

2 ounces 17-year-old J. Wray Nephew Jamaican rum

1/2 ounce French Garnier Orgeat

1/2 ounce Orange CuracaoLiqueur

1/4 ounce Rock Candy Syrup

juice from one fresh lime

Shake with crushed ice, serve in a rocks glass, garnish with a mint sprig, one pineapple spear, and a cocktail cherry. And yes, it must have the mint garnish to be a mai tai. No float of dark rum. No 5 tropical fruit juices. No grenadine. No umbrella. No pineapple juice. No sour mix.

Liquid Ecstasy

30 ml limon rum

15 ml melon liqueur (midori, melloni...)

15 ml blue curacao liqueur

15 ml lemon juice

90 ml apple juice

Build bacardi, midori, blue curacao, lemon juice and pineapple juice in that order over ice in a highball glass, or shake and strain into a martini glass. Add a slice of lemon to either the highball glass or the rim of the martini glass. Serve with two straws. Serve in "Highball Glass" Garnish: No Ingredients: limon rum. melon liqueur (Midori, Melloni...). blue curacao liqueur. lemon juice. apple juice.
